Job Description

? Coordinate maintenance worker efforts to make sure employer property like buildings and grounds are well maintained as per contractual requirements and client?s expectations.? Ensure that all employees are properly utilized, and they are presentable and well trained to uplift the image of the Company.? To ensure safety of workplace, full compliance to professional working attires, PPEs, procedures and regulations.? To regularly visit client sites for checking on going work conditions and meeting clients to understand their needs & expectations.? To regularly visit company camps for meeting the needs & expectations of employees living.? Ensuring regular briefing to employees and supervisors for goals achievement. ? Identify areas for improvement and assign workers to take care of issues? Develop maintenance schedules and enforce them among maintenance staff? Respond Clients calls for maintenance 7& emails? Communicate plans for upper level improvements to maintenance worker staff? Contact and schedule repairmen and extra help as needed? Perform administrative tasks as required? Delegate tasks to meet maintenance schedule and satisfy employer needs? To send regular report to management regrading contract status & concerns.? To ensure implementation of all HR & administration policies in the office, camp and with Clients. ? To ensure timely invoicing to clients with zero error.? To ensure contract management (scope, time & budget)? To ensure proper monitoring & supervision of all employees and their assessment.
