Roles & ResponsibilitiesInstall, dismantle, inspect, repair, and maintain industrial machinery.Perform precision shaft alignment using laser alignment and dial indicators.Carry out equipment installation, leveling, and alignment.Read and interpret engineering drawings and mechanical blueprints.Perform machine shop operations including drilling, milling, grinding, and basic machining.Replace bearings, seals, couplings, gears, belts, chains, and other mechanical components.Troubleshoot mechanical faults and carry out corrective maintenance.Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.Use precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, dial gauges, and feeler gauges.Follow safety procedures and maintain proper maintenance records.Desired Candidate ProfileITI/Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent qualification.3?5+ years of experience as a Millwright Technician or Mechanical Maintenance Technician.Hands-on experience with rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, motors, gearboxes, fans, and conveyors.Knowledge of laser alignment, dial indicator alignment, bearing replacement, and mechanical fitting.Ability to work independently and read technical drawings.
