Background Experience in Process Consulting/ Risk Advisory/ Internal Audit/ Compliance function at a consulting firm or corporateKey Responsibilities ? Lead execution for specific consulting project(s) as per the client requirements and focus on quality and timelines? Independent preparation of deliverable or review of deliverables from team relating to various services being delivered to the clients? Manage client relationships with the objective of securing repeat business? Be at client location for extended periods (3-4 weeks) for execution as may be required and demonstrate project management and execution capability ? Conduct business development activities such as pre-sales pitches, approach paper, proposals and meetings with potential clients? Participate in recruitment and mentoring to develop teamDesired Attributes ? Hands-on with execution of IA and other consulting projects and to manage a project independently with junior team members? Ability to work and deliver in a team? Clear, logical and analytical abilities ? Open to travel frequently and longer duration for client meetings and project execution ? Strong communication and presentation skills? Good at report writing using MS Word and PowerPoint.Years of Experience ? 5 - 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience Qualifications ? CA or MBA from a premier institute? Experience with a Big 4 and/ or an equivalent consulting firm shall be an added advantageLocation ? Dammam/ Khobar (preferable), Jeddah
