Job responsibilities:? Site inspection, identification of pest, suggesting the control measures etc.? Conducts planned inspections for the sites to check the level of service quality provided.? Selection of pesticides, treatments, preparing schedules for the treatments etc.? Implementing different pest control techniques such as biological, physical and cultural methods? Supervising Termite treatment pre construction and post Construction? Ensure that all the operators are following the correct procedure of safety for public as well as them.? Provides leadership and direction to the supervisors and technicians to advance service quality and enhance the client partnership? Enforcing Safety Procedure on daily basis.? Make sure all services are conducted through good working practice & observance of best? Prepare reports for the clients as well as management.? Preparing Invoices, Proposals and Contracts? Conducting meetings for new pest control Business.? Conducting Gap analysis for Implementing IPM and Pest control Service.? Train & develop the technicians for IPM (Integrated Pest Management).? Provide technical training to field support.? Conducts all the requirements to apply the HACCP standards.
