We are looking for a competent Commercial Coordinator who will be part of the Commercial team. The position will be based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia and will report to the Commercial Operations Manager ? MENAIn this position, you will have the opportunity to;Track jobs commercial history through registering & updating database records for each job.Preparation of sales quotations, including coding and pricing, in coordination with relevant Country Manager/s and Operations Managers.Preparation on sales quotations, purchased orders and placing orders on approved suppliers.Review of customer inquiries and orders.Following up and monitoring of internal order processing and delivery performance.Following up on PO issuance with clients.Networking and communication with customers, agents, and other client operations.Interacting with various service providers such as travel agents, office supplies, & couriers. forwarders.Maintaining filing system of sales and purchasing jobs.RequirementsEducationDiploma or University degree in Economics, Commerce or similar field.Computer literate in MS Office and MS Outlook.Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (reading, writing and speaking).Professional Skills and Experience3+ years of professional experience in sales or commercial administration.Technical knowledge of or ability to learn SAP system.Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment is an advantage.Knowledge of sales and purchasing; company pricing procedures.CompetenciesWith SAP background, an advantage.Good administration and organizational skills.Proactive and result oriented.Organized, accurate and timely.Supportive and service minded.Patient with and eye for detail.Key Demographic Requirements - applicants must be:Based in Khobar-Saudi Arabia.Expatriates must have local transferable iqama.Preference for candidate available to join immediately.
