POSITION OVERVIEWThe CMMS Planner / Supervisor is responsible for implementing, coordinating, planning and scheduling all O&M activities in the CMMS. He is fully responsible for managing all data inputs and outputs as per company/project procedure. RESPONSIBILITIESPRIMARY? Define the Maintenance Management Strategy of the project? Establish the necessary workflows required to comply with the contractual SLAs. ? Establish the necessary Reporting Dashboards for the different departments (Safety, Project Management, Procurement, Client, etc.).? Coordinate with Safety, Maintenance and QAQC to ensure all safety, technical and environmental requirements are included in the CMMS configuration. ? Provide necessary training to all personnel using the CMMS while maintaining the necessary records. ? Ensure all spare parts, tools, drawings, manuals are readily available prior to the start of critical jobs. ? Define internal SLAs and KPIs. ? Continuously improve all process workflows to ensure efficient processing of data input. TECHNICAL? Upload assets, preventive maintenance work orders, contacts, spare parts, etc.? Link assets to preventive maintenance work orders, contacts and spare parts.? Upload all relevant documentation such as manuals, procedures work instructions, drawings, etc. ? Implement the agreed PM schedule in the CMMS, issue, monitor, track, update and close work orders. ? Receive work requests from clients through email, phone or web and route the requests to maintenance. ? Configure the CMMS as required by the Project Engineer. ? Develop and implement the necessary workflows related to SLAs and KPIs. ? Monitor the performance of maintenance teams and provide reports to all maintenance teams. ? Issue on hourly, daily, weekly basis the updated list of PM and CM tasks to be carried out. ? Provide performance reports to Project Supervisor/Engineer/Manager.? Implement inspection sheets. ? Administer the CMMS managing permissions. ? Ensure all information entered in the system is fully accurate. ? Communicate with maintenance teams and maintenance supervisors on continuous basis to keep all maintenance work orders up to date. GENERAL? Attend and pass all training courses assigned by the company (including but not limited to online and refresher courses). ? Abide by all key performance indicators set by the company. ? Maintain a clean and tidy work environment. ? Provide assistance to maintenance teams whenever needed. ? Maintain a valid internationally recognized safety certification (OSHA, CSP, NEBOSH, etc.).DUTIES? Abide by company processes relating to:o Quality Managemento Safety Managemento Environmental Managemento Complaints Managemento Health Regulations? Maintain a high level of personal hygiene as per company policy. ? Maintain positive and healthy relationships with colleagues, supervisors and client representatives.? Follow instructions provided by the supervisor. ? Strictly follow all security regulations. PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE? Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CMMS Planner Supervisor. ? Previous electro-mechanical technical experience is a must. ? Familiar with OHSAS 18001 and/or ISO 45001 working, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and ISO 10002 working environments. QUALIFICATIONSACADEMIC? High School Diploma. ? 3-year Technical Maintenance Diploma from a recognized College or University. PHYSICAL? Physically fit.? Clean bill of health (Physical and mental)? Doesn?t suffer from any chronic disease (including but not limited to: Diabetes, Blood pressure, Heart conditions, etc.)? Doesn?t depend on continuous medication. COMMUNICATION SKILLS? Good command of English language (speaking, reading, writing).? Basic understanding of Arabic Language is a plus.
