Job Description

*Lead and Manage Network Operations and Projects across the group.*Anticipate, mitigate, identify, respond to, and resolve issues with Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (Firewall), Core Switch, Routing Protocols, Site to Site VPNs, Policy Based Routing etc.*Lead in resolving Configuration issues with Cisco Fire Power, Intrusion Detection Systems*Manage and ensure smooth IP Telephony functionality across the Group. Prepare Roadmap for Telephony System upgrade and arrange Software enhancements for bringing value addition to IP Telephony Services.*Manage and ensure optimal operation of all Network equipment, including Firewalls, Routers, and Switches, VSAT, Wireless Equipment and all other devices related to Network.*Gauge the effectiveness and efficiency of existing network technology; develop and implement strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.*Monitor, analyze, and predict trends for Network Links and perform capacity planning as part of recommending enhancements to the IT management.*Apply Quality of Service on links as needed, Keep an eye on Link utilizations and Monitoring Dashboards. Review SIEM Logs and recommend actions regularly*Research and make recommendations on deploying Technology Updates*Maintain operational configurations of all in-place security solutions as per the established baselines. Arrange to conduct Information Security and Compliance Audit regularly.*Maintain and manage Licensing, SLA Registers, Service Providers/Links Information, Cisco Contracts, Project Documents, KPI?s, and Internet Reports etc.*As needed, Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and identify associated training plans for network resources.*Collaborate with IT management and department leaders to assess near- and long-term network capacity needs.*To understand and follow the organizational HS&E policies.*To follow safety instructions related to their jobs.*To report damaged PPE, unsafe machines or equipment to concerned staff.*To keep the provided PPEs in good, workable conditions.*To avoid any horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment and welfare facilities.*To report any accidents, near misses or hazardous conditions to concerned responsible.*To attend safety trainings planned for them.*Having a right to say 'NO' to any unsafe work.*6 to 8 years of Experience in Networks and Telephony Systems in a similar lead role*Strong Experience in Network Security such as Cisco Fire Power or Cisco ASA*Strong Understanding and experience of Cisco Core Switch and Routing Protocols*Strong Analytical, problem-solving, multi-tasking and decision-making skills*Good Knowledge on Avaya IP Telephony*Good Technical Knowledge of Fiber Optics, UTP and structured Cabling*Good Understanding of ITIL skills as Incident Management, Change Management etc.*Excellent interpersonal skills, written, and verbal communication skillsYOU MAY ALSO VISIT OUR WEBSITE AT www.ispc.com.sa TO APPLY IN THIS POSITION AND ALSO TO CHECK OTHER AVAILABLE VACANCIES.
