Manage and collaborate with the Project Execution Team to execute job as per ISO standard and given specifications and Issue job work order, deliver schedule chart, report to Operation Manager.
Attend meetings with Operation Manager and other production staff to target delivery schedule and different activity related to job works.
Training employees for developing personal growth opportunities.
Prepare estimates of Labour and Materials costs for each project.
Intervene and stop work for unsafe acts or conditions as needed.
Maintain necessary stock of items and provide such as materials, tools and machinery for prompt and timely production.
Coordinate with design engineering to clarify drawing doubt if required
Continuously and consistently provide live and real-time updates on the production status to the Operation Manager and Project Teams.
Organise meetings within department to develop Production Plan by reviewing Capacity Plan and MRP (Material requirements planning ) for raw material shortages
Co-ordinate for project related activity with, Operation Manager, QA/QC, manpower, subcontract, manpower supplier and planning engineer.
Maintain Document Control soft and hard copies for job related documents.
Coordinate with logistics and project team to plan and organize incoming and outgoing materials
Monitor store incoming materials quality / Yard materials and equipment?s
Maintain a safe and clean working environment. Etc.
