• Customize user account environment

• Troubleshooting Account Issues once requested
• Share Folder Mgmt.
• Create/Delete local groups
• Adding users into a Group
• To Add Server to Domain
• Admin local User/Group creation or deletion or disabling
• Disk & File Systems Clean-ups (cleaning/deleting unwanted log files)
• File system Administration (Self-Explanatory)
• Setting up of disk quotas at OS level
• (Setting disk quotas for users/applications as per the requirement)
• Setting up directory / folder shares (Self-Explanatory)
• Administering print queues (Self-Explanatory)
• Troubleshooting print issues on Windows servers (Self-Explanatory)
• Printer Migration from one Print server to Another(Self-Explanatory)
• Clearing and saving event logs if they are growing to reduce space crunch
• (Cleaning of old event log)
• Operating System Customization for Application
• (make the configuration change if required for application)
• Dual Path Maintenance at SAN level (We will have dual HBA card for each server).
• Maintaining system parameters for monitoring purpose.
• Parameters include Hardware, Network, Storage and Services should be monitored and it can be defined on the basis of server?s role and function.
• Windows Services Management (Management of windows and application service)
• Disk space and paging space management
• (arranging/adjusting disk/page file to get the max performance)
• High?CPU Utilization(finding the reasons in case the regularly CPU utilization is going high)
• Memory Utilization(finding the reasons in case the regularly memory?utilization is going high)
• Server Hangs (Finding Server hangs reasons)
• Unexpected Server Reboots (Finding unexpected reboot reasons)
• Blue Screen (Finding Blue screen reasons)
• Ensure server data backup in coordination with backup team.(Self-explanatory)
• Identify and install Windows patches (Self-Explanatory)
• Manual installation of patches in case it failed through WSUS, SCCM or any other automated tool (Self-Explanatory)
• Necessary troubleshooting related with Windows patches (Self-Explanatory)
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting - DHCP Service Related Problems
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting ? DNS Services
• Installing the Software like support tools, admin pack, Windows Service packs etc.(Self-Explanatory)
• Fine Tuning of Servers for performance(Servers basic parameters fine tuning)
• Checking HBA SAN Connectivity in coordination with storage Team.

• Install any drivers for hardware components that were not included on the auto build installation.(Self-Explanatory)
• Managing device driver software(Self-Explanatory)
• Troubleshooting NIC and network h/w issues at server level
• (Self-Explanatory)
• Basic Troubleshooting System N/W issues using tools like ipconfig, traceroute, nslookup etc. (Self-Explanatory)
• All the exchange and Active directory tasks such as:
• Perform configuration, integration, administration, maintenance and troubleshooting support for messaging and AD environment.
• Manage mailbox accounts and distribution lists and the permissions surrounding them.
• Assist in troubleshooting by performing specific system monitoring and tuning tasks for messaging systems including backend database servers.
• Perform updates on all applicable Messaging and Environment.
• Defining new print queues and servers(Self-Explanatory)
• Administering print queues(Self-Explanatory)
• Troubleshooting print issues on Windows servers(Self-Explanatory)
• Printer Migration from one Print server to Another,
• Installation NIC CARD, Dongle in windows?(Self-Explanatory)
• Windows Server Installation(Self-Explanatory)
• Firmware Installation/Upgrade(Self-Explanatory)
• File system Configuration(Self-Explanatory)
• Operating System Customization for Application
• Complete Server Configuration document using standard Checklist
• (A document with standard check list will be prepared. It will be shared like Management security base line )
• Dual Path Setup and Maintenance at SAN level
• (Every physical server will have would have dual channel HBA or dual HBA card our team will provide configuration support with SAN team)
