Responsible for arranging the distribution of sales order and ensuring the products are received by customers in a proper schedule. Avoiding the delay and mistakes by ensuring the details of the distribution, such like customers name, address, items demanded, quantity orders of the items and pricing.
Planning and developing Logistic System in line with policies and procedures to improve the productivity in the department
Implementing, reviewing and ensuring all distribution and transportation systems are well executed as per the procedures
Generating and maintaining Logistic Reports to be submitted on time to Material Manager
Coordinating with Purchasing, Sales & Marketing, HR Division, Merchandising, Warehouses and other related parties to ensure all processes are well executed as per the procedures
Manage and develop human resources in his function area to meet his subordinate match with their commitment and competence.
