Job Description

The company is providing a wide range of Engineering Services such as Architectural and Structural design, Engineering Consultation & project management.

  • The Urban Planner will be responsible for addressing the planning and design aspects of urban development at all levels: the city structure, urban form and image, specific area plans, subdivision plans, streetscape plans, and site planning.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of a variety of projects often happening concurrently.
  • Take ownership of medium to large scale design and production packages under the supervision of the Project manager.
  • Assist in the planning, design and implementation of infrastructure and development projects.
  • Work to a programme for deliverables and advise PM of any issues which may affect delivery.
  • Work within agreed design standards and parameters with senior staff.
  • Help in the review, approval and technical direction for relevant planning & technical studies.
  • Help in the review and approval of infrastructure and development documents and reports.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables meet the expectations of senior staff. ?
  • Work within a multidisciplinary, multicultural team.
  • Apply sustainability requirements of urban planning and design.
  • Undertake technical coordination with other disciplines. ? Perform other related tasks as required
