Education:? Engineering degree: Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.? Minimum 15 years Turnaround experience. Minimum 5 years as Turnaround Manager (planning & execution).Description.? Implement and comply to Client Turnaround Work Process.? Analyze resource loading based on workloads and responsible of managing resources of TA Planning Services contractor team.? Responsible to provide weekly planning team progress report to Client Turnaround Management team. ? Interface with TA stakeholders to define the scope of work and determine priorities to complete job package development as per TA milestone.? Coordinate planning support exercise which includes site visit, logistics constraint assessment, scaffolding & insulation estimation, lifting & rigging assessment, material identification, job safety analysis etc.? Provides schedule and progress status update may be extended to other TA phases; pre, main, post activities.? Responsible to ensure job plan steps are accurately incorporated into schedules.? Accountable for planners and schedulers team output and to integrate schedule with Client master TA schedule.? Use archived information and plans from contractor?s planning norms in providing consistent and realistic resource and duration estimation.Skills:? Proficient on all scheduling tools.? Strong advocate for on time delivery and defender of the timeline.? Excellent knowledge on EH&S policies, practices and procedures.? Can read and understand all types of drawings from any technical discipline
