Job Description

We are currently seeking an Offshore/Onshore˙TRS˙Operations Manager˙with extensive project experience in the Oil and Gas Industry to join our esteemed clients Offshore/Onshore˙project team based in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of offshore/Onshore drilling projects, in strict compliance with statutory legislation, client programs, company procedures, and contractual requirements. The primary focus will be on maintaining a safe working environment on the rig site, preventing marine pollution, and actively participating in HSE inspections/audits.

-Key Responsibilities:Full experience and knowledge about HSE MS and all job-related HSE requirements of procedures, policies, SOPs and HSE training for the team.Manage the PnL monthly statement.Aware of available market clients, competitors, and rig count.Managed asset, inventory, and stock balance with the storekeepers.Plan along with R&M department and operations team the inventory and spares new orders.Experience in running operations for˙#TRS˙services.Wide knowledge and experience of TRS equipment and technologies.Managing process for equipment preparation, inspection, and maintenance coordination with the˙R&M department.Can coordinate personnel and manage their day-to-day assignment for jobs and rigs.Regular customer visits and handling operations conflicts with clients. Propose applicable solutions and plan for implementation.Ability to lead the incident investigation, report and address failures, and plan for corrective actions.
