Job Description

Wejhah is a new Dammam based travel agency started in 2021 that is currently searching for a ticketing specialist to join the small but growing team. The company is focused on B2C sales and the ideal candidate would have the following qualities:

  • Good experience with Galileo (preferably) or other GDS systems e.g. Amadeus, Saber.
  • Communicate fluently with customers in both English and Arabic via whatsapp, phone or in-person.
  • Hard working and willing to work at least 6 days a week (or more) on an as needed basis.
  • Experience selling vacation packages and the ability to attract customers is not required but a strong plus.
The candidate will receive a full package (base salary + accommodation +food and transportation allowance) of 2500-3000 SAR based on experience in addition to performance based incentives. Depending on candidate performance and the travel industry health, the salary will be re-adjusted accordingly at the earliest opportunity.
