You will be responsible to supervise and perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, upgrade Dispensing/Tinting Machines in the retailer market in KSA.
You will report and coordinate with sales and marketing team in order to support the achievement of Supply Chain & Sales business goals and objectives
Perform mechanic skills including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting and repair of machines.
Perform software upgrading and modernizing equipments.
Set regular maintenance schedules of the Machines at Customer Service Department.
Works toward achieving maximum efficiencies?in an established work environment while maintaining safety and compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
Shall adhere to company policy, including procedures related to QMS and EMS.
Set regular maintenance schedules for existing machines.
Install and transfer new Tinting machines to new retailers.
Train the users and retailers shops on the machines and software upon installation and upon any new upgrade or request to keep a high level of performance.
Solve problems related to tinting machines.
To coordinate with R & D, Lab,?and Q.C in establishing proper tinting ratios and Projects.
To present stock of spare parts on monthly basis and be responsible for the maintaining essential spares in correct place and color.
Responsible for inventory management of tinting machines.
Prepare and present monthly reports and KPI to line manager.
