Review BOQ, Tender drawings, specification, special & general conditions which have to be verified all together
Quantities take off against available drawings.
Coordinating in preparing initial design drawings (if any).
Preparing method statements for the execution of BOQ items (if required).
Preparing initial time schedule & cash flow taking into consideration the bid requirement.
Coordinate with suppliers for market prices of material & subcontractors and equipment based upon previously executed projects & recently available information, try to get the best-committed prices from suitable sources.
Cost breakdown for BOQ items regarding direct & indirect costs.
Prepare the final proposal c/w special commercial & technical terms & clarifications.
Coordinate in preparing Company Profiles & prequalification to be submitted to any new clients.
Follow up with client & developer during the bid evaluation stage.
