The Telematics Coordinator will be responsible for delivering real-time data on rental fleet units including location, meter readings, and error codes. This role will oversee all aspects of the telematics program and work closely with the Operations team, Regional management, Customers, and our third-party telematics partners.Job Requirements:Manage the installation of telematics device on existing rental fleet and new fleet purchases perpetually by coordinating with branches and third-party installersMonitor and analyze incoming telematics data from the rental fleet & Service FleetSet up, track, forecast, and report vehicle inventory.Produce reports based on telematics data to identify units with critical error codes, excessive usage hours, customer misuse, overdue maintenance, etc.Manage fleet geofencingCoordinate with branches to troubleshoot fleet units offline
