This includes delivering course content (both theoretical and practical) effectively, managing the learning environment, and ensuring that training areas and resources are suitable and adequate to fulfill training and assessment requirements. The role also involves assessing performance to evaluate student learningindustrial experience of 5 Yearsinstructor experience of 3 YearsGood English language abilityRelevant diploma or engineering qualification.Qualifications & ExperienceEducational Background: Technical or Engineering Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Professional Experience:Minimum of 5 years of industrial experience in the oil and gas industry.At least 3 years of experience in delivering technical training.Certifications:Completion of a formal Train the Trainer or Certified Trainer course is desirable.Competence-based assessment experience (e.g., NVQ) is an advantage.Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
