Job Description

Performing the general system administration activities and acting as level three support for escalated tickets from the service desk technical support staff.?Responsibilities

  • Performing the systems administration tasks as assigned by the systems leader on regular basis
  • Acting as level 3 support for systems related incidents escalated by the service desk technical support staff
  • Performing the systems administration tasks in Aljabr?as required
  • Supply technical training to the service desk analysts and support teams on the support of new technologies
  • Completing configuration, installation and support of servers and devices in Aljabr environment to the specifications specified
  • providing both on-site and remote support
  • Demonstrating quality service and accountability in the process of resolving incidents and fulfilling requests
  • Supporting daily operations, and ensuring system stability that results in accurate, timely, and efficient solutions and data as evidenced by meeting customer needs and meeting or exceeding established performance and availability metrics.
  • Proactively seeking information and utilizing analytical and creative problem solving skills along with standard processes and technologies resulting in secure and reliable connections to and use of systems, applications, and infrastructure.
