Issue the production planning and relay to supply manager for confirmation.
Issue JDE work orders & confirm raw material availability for approval.
Follow up the delivery date of all clich‚s and special orders on the production schedule.
Submit & control the daily production reports, the daily output by line and check the quantity remaining to finish the orders.
Daily relay the finished goods transfer note to the warehouse department.
Trigger the production of safety stock as per set quantity for each sku after getting supply manager confirmation.
Update the monthly template order on daily basis. Update the stocks, produced quantities and balance quantities.
Coordinate& request items related to the repacking processes, from the Ware housekeeper.
Generate a quality rejection report after the Production Engineer has approved that the material is defective & submit it to the Quality Control or Lead Inspector
