1. Organize & maintain receipt of spare parts, and services.2. Ensure proper receiving for items and that received items as requested, and raise a claim whenever there is any deviation.?3. Ensure that the inventory levels of Spare parts are at planned levels to fully support the engineering.4. Ensure all physical stock counts of all spare parts are planned, conducted and recorded in line with Company requirements.5. Control all aspects of the Stores barcoding system.6. Warehouse Management and ensure implementation of warehouse BPs (e.g. 5S).?7. Control of all consumable stocks.?8. Update inventory control system and parts catalogue.?9. Ensure proper storage of items as per manufacturer recommendations.10. monitor warehouse storage capacity and set plans to improve capacity when needed.11. update and distribute required weekly & Monthly reports.12. Conduct stock analysis to identify obsolete items, Fast Moving and slow moving items and set action plans as well as items movement and usage.13. Ensure Stores and stock security.?14. Optimize inventory and review RP/RQ.?15. Determine safety stock for each item.16. Ensure proper items availability and on time run for replenishment system (Periodic review).17. Monitor and control budget.18. Support smooth end of month closing and on time receiving.19. Compliance with SOX and other company audits.20. Master data input and Control Issuances -Good Receive Notes (GRN?s).21. Supplier assessment and evaluation.22. Analyse operating processes, procedures and implement improvements with the interest of maximizing efficiency and productivity of the department.
