In this role, you will contributing to develop a best in class supply chain and you will be at the forefront of supporting operations for direct and indirect procurement, subcontracting, logistics and inventory management working closely with business partners to meet their needs while continuously improve processes.As an ideal candidate, you will bring your expertise in Supply chain and/or project procurement management in heavy construction industry or oil& gas industry, demonstrating strong leadership, sense of ownership and contribution motivated attitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. • Lead and develop the Supply Chain team. Support the implementation of policies, procedures and monitoring of metrics to align the Goals and Objectives for the procurement, expediting, logistics and inventory functions,
• Monitor and review companyu2019s project procurement activities and ensure that they are brought to completion within scheduled period of time, budget and with required quality. Take necessary actions to expedite processes and solve issues & claims arising out.
• Identify, evaluate and select suppliers, negotiate contracts and ensure cost effectiveness and quality of goods and service
• Develop best management and quality practices while leading a team that fosters effective business relations with KES suppliers, internal and external customers.xa0
• Support the development of global Supply Chain strategy and execute the implementation.
• Lead and drive change whenever needed
• Develop a best-in-class supply chain function which boosts the whole operations of the company
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, reduce excess inventory and improve inventory turnover
• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, such as processing information files, reporting and other paperwork.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Ability to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Creative thinking u2013 ability to develop and create new ideas, systems, and relationships for the success of the company
• Planning skills: ability to develop specific plans and goals to help in accomplishing tasks efficiently
• Ability to resolve complaints, disputes and conflicts
• Proven track record in leading and developing supply chain teams, setting goals, and monitoring performance.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects
• Supply Chain knowledge including Procurement, Expediting, Logistics and Inventory management, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector or heavy construction industry
• Aramco procurement requirements knowledge including Aramco RVL
• Proficient in Arabic and English Languages

• Experience in a similar position in the Saudi oil & gas industry
• Audits experience (ISO9001, Clients etc.)
• Implementation of an ERP and set-up of IT Supply Chain routine
