- Oversee the overall operational activities through supervising and coordinating tasks of food preparation, kitchen, and Costumer Area.?-oversea staffing requirement and coordinate hiring needs.- Ensure full compliance to food safety, personal hygiene, food quality and train staff accordingly.?- Achieve sales target while improve customer experience.
