Job Description

Stock Controller We are looking for an experienced and professional stock controller to join our organization. The stock controller will be responsible for maintaining the supply and demand of inventory, and ensuring that there are adequate stocks available. The stock controller will also ensure stock purchasing, delivery and shipping confirmations, and manage inventory balances. The ideal candidate will be able to keep a complete and detailed database of inventory and supply documentation, but will also be on the ground floor of receiving to personally inspect and confirm supply quality and delivery.Responsibilities:

  • Very detailed Physical Stock Count Experience in a trading, FMCG environment.
  • Sufficiently computer literate to use accounting software & MS Office.
  • Assertive & independent in his dealings with different stakeholders within the company.?
  • Maintains Company?s financial security by following internal controls.
  • Is able to prepare large data spreadsheets with accuracy & diligently.
  • Is able to prepare monthly & special stock reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • He could implement good controls over stock.
  • Candidate should have a good understanding of Import & Export processes.
  • Candidate should be able to express himself well in Urdu & English. Able to handle multiple accounts related queries from different departments calmly & effectively.
  • Maintains integrity and protects company?s interests by keeping all financial information confidential.
  • Accomplishes best results working individually as well as part of a team.
  • Discipline & self-organization are the key required attributes for this role.
