Hands on experience on Saudi Aramco projects for the production of Pressure Vessel, Tanks &Scraper Traps.2. Experience on Saudi Aramco Standards for the production activities.3. Knowledge and experience about ASME SEC VIII div.01 and API 650 Standards4. Manage plans and schedules effectively to organize the workshop for the fabrication activities tomeet project deadlines.5. Scheduling meetings with the Production Engineer, clients and weekly meetings with theProduction Manager and keeping them informed of progress.6. Preparation and allotment of daily productions plans.7. Preparations of nesting & manufacturing plan.8. To ensure proper documentation required for the completion of work and gain approval fromthe Q.C department for further operation.9. Ensuring procedures are carried out safely.10. Review of drawings and fabrications of tanks, vessels, scraper traps, skids, systems as per various11. Co ? ordination with quality department for shop inspections, NDT completions materialclearances etc.12. Co ? ordinations with, Purchase, Planning, Quality, Design and Project.13. Candidate must have good knowledge in production of static equipment?s & skids complying theSaudi Aramco requirement.14. Must have hands on experience of assembly activities.15. Responsible for achieving safety, quality, cost, productivity, delivery goals.16. Resolving problems related to production & process.17. Interactions with purchase, logistic, productions, sales, project, for smooth developments.18. Manpower handling for the dedicated projects.19. Product & planning control.20. Responsible for internal FAT activity of equipment?s with QA & client.
