Job Summary: As a Senior Repair Quality Control Engineer, you will lead the charge in maintaining the highest standards of quality and reliability in our repair operations. Your expertise and dedication will ensure that repaired components and systems meet stringent specifications, contributing to the safety and performance of our products.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Assurance Leadership:
  • Spearhead quality control efforts for repair operations, establishing benchmarks for excellence in repair quality.
  • Develop and implement robust quality control processes and protocols to ensure compliance with technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
  1. Inspection and Testing:
  • Conduct thorough inspections and rigorous testing of repaired components and systems to verify functionality and adherence to performance standards.
  • Utilize advanced testing equipment and methodologies to detect defects and ensure product integrity.
  1. Root Cause Analysis and Problem-Solving:
  • Investigate quality issues and deviations through root cause analysis, identifying corrective and preventive actions to address underlying problems.
  • Collaborate with engineering and repair teams to implement sustainable solutions and prevent recurrence of quality issues.
  1. Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, inspection results, and corrective actions taken during the repair process.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on quality metrics, trends, and improvement initiatives for management review.
  1. Process Optimization:
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize repair processes to enhance efficiency, reduce turnaround time, and improve repair outcomes.
  • Implement lean principles and best practices in quality management to drive continuous improvement in repair operations.
  1. Supplier and Customer Relations:
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure alignment on repair specifications, quality expectations, and customer satisfaction.
