Job Description

  • Conducts the jobs belong to shop & production department with high performance.
  • Commands and coordinates employees of department of shop & production to finish the task by required date with high quality and low cost.
  • Establishes and execute the developing plan of department of shop and production.
  • Coordinates the relevant departments to meet the mission of the department of shop and production.
  • Plan to increase productivity of shop floor.
  • Plan to improve equipment and machines are used by production team.
  • Close co-ordinate with Planning and control to meet target date of orders.
Knowledge
  • Knowledge in product, machine, equipment and manufacturing processes.
