Handling parts orders for Aftermarket jobs including: receiving the order, Booking & processing.
Create BOM & process purchase requisitions either for raw material/local buyouts or parts orders to ITT Global factories & closely follow up to ensure On Time Delivery.
Prepare/release all needed DWGs to operation team for local parts fabrication.
Follow up to ensure all buyouts orders are completed on time and as needed.
Preparing/coordinating shipments of parts to customers.
Maintain/improve margin for parts through local fabrication/buyouts whenever possible.
Customer support in conjunction with Sales: RFQs, quotes and order status.
Assist in all ways and manners to resolve customer problems/issues.
Prepares weekly progress reports for all parts orders.
Maintain proper documentation to support & expedite invoicing process.
Supports raw material inventory.
Education: BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering.Experience:
