Job Description

Scope of ResponsibilitiesThe software developer develops specifications for moderately complex software programmingapplications and modifies/maintains the existing software. This role develops, modifies and maintainsapplications that may be customized or standardized. This position participates in coding activities underthe supervision of Software Engineer:

  • Develop new systems with an emphasis on minimized maintenance requirements, as well as maintaining and enhancing existing systems.
  • Design efficient codes based on specifications and development processes.
  • Integrate software components and third-party programs.
  • Verify and deploy programs and systems in test environment.
  • Performs maintenance programming, troubleshoot, debugging of new and existing systems and upgradation of existing software.
  • Recommend and execute improvements.
  • Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
  • Maintains and modifies existing applications with supervision as well as under direction from senior members.
