Generate Services Sales to achieve company target providing all kind of services for both standards NEMA/ANSI and IEC covering all types of equipment (MV&LV Switchgears, MV&LV Motor Control Centres, LV Switchboards, LV Panel Boards, MV&LV Auto Transfer Switches, MV&LV Transformers, MV&LV VFD, PLC Panels, RCP, ...etc) which includes Installation, Testing & Commissioning, Maintenance, Reconditioning, Retrofitting and Retro-filling solutions, Upgrading/Modernization, Power System Studies, ...etc.
Understand and define customer requirements and create proposals accordingly.
Prequalify the company with new clients.
Generate new leads and initiates services needs to increase field reliability and minimize downtime by offering customers the proper solutions based on site/equipment condition.
Follow-up the offer, collecting all the information till securing the opportunity maintaining a good margin that aligns with company strategy/targets.
Coordinate closely with tender, engineering, and services team to align a proposed solution with customer requirements.
Increase rapport with customers via effective and continuous visits.
Support customers/clients during the feed stage trying to prescribe our offer.
Developing long-term customer relationships and maximizing account managing and customer retention.
Establish and maintain effective customer relationships with new customers.
