Job Description

  • Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog that will support the sales plan.
  • Coordinates work between HVAC crew and other departments, project managers, clients and outside contractors.
  • Develops and maintains preventative and corrective maintenance programs.ÿ
  • Writes and receives work orders; plans, supervises, and monitors work of HVAC technicians.
  • Communicating with the customers and clients.
  • Reading electrical and mechanical wiring diagrams.
  • Awareness of the safety rules and standers.ÿ
