Job Description

  • Have e mechanical, electrical and maintenance certificate knowledge and experience.
  • Ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the Service Center.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate maintenance policies and procedures.
  • Elaboration and implementation of strategies for the development of the Service Center.
  • Monitor technician efficiency and increase it.
  • Responsible for maintaining electrical, mechanical, and related systems.
  • Set up a maintenance price list considering cost of equipments used, technician work hours and other factors.?
  • Provide training to the technicians and improve their technical skills.
  • Follow up the guarantee and warranty service with customer and supplier.
