The Kanoo familys involvement in air travel goes back to 1935 when the company provided refueling facilities in Bahrain for Imperial Airways seaplanes en-route to India and Australia.With a network of offices in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Oman and Qatar, Kanoo Travel offers a unique level of geographical spread to its valued corporate and retail clients in the gulf.We are looking for multiple professionals to hire asSr. Travel Consultants.The ideal candidate must have experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC in an operational rolewithin aTravel Management Company (TMC).You must have a social, confident and dynamic personality with a customer focused service attitude.Main job responsibilities:1. Reservations & Ticketing:

  • Monitor all corporate bookings, receive and action all reservations received from corporate and walk in passengers.
  • Pre & post flight checks (queues), seat allocation, meal requests, etc.
  • Handling of ticketing request from corporate & walk-in passengers - as validation/ revalidation/ issue/ re-issue/ transmission of PTA (prepaid ticket advises).
2. Fares & Tariffs:
  • Ensuring Accurate fare quotes and reporting any clarifying any discrepancies with respective GDS / Airlines follow Fares and Taxes.
  • Ensure coordination with concerned department such as Meet & Assist or Forex etc.
  • Assist other Travel Consultants with Ticketing & Accounting procedures including methods of minimizing debit advices.
3. Reporting of Accounts:
  • Ensuring all documents/ cash/ exchange vouches/ tickets and other coupons are reported on a timely basis.
  • Liaise with accounts Dept. regarding refund authorities/ reissue authority etc.
4. Other Objectives:
  • Maintain regular interaction with all agents with additional care toward major business generators.
  • Attend telephone calls immediately incase preoccupied to advice callers will get back and ensure that is done.
  • Promote all Airline related products such as Frequent Flyer Program are promoted to Passengers, Corporate Houses.
  • Maintain maximum retention use corporate deal with codes wherever applicable.
  • Ensure updated information of all product knowledge on a regular basis.
  • Attend to complaints and suggestions liaising with respective departments Quality / Sales etc.
  • Responsible to maintain Agency & Brand image.
5. Tele sales & coordination:
  • Respond to all client requirements with respect to airline & service provider, sales and operations.
  • Ensure service excellence to win customer satisfaction & brand loyalty.
  • Liaise with Sales and agent for corporate business leads/ corporate deals / corporate joint promotions, etc.
  • Ensure optimum utilization of all available resources, office discipline and adherence to company policies, procedures, integrity and work ethics are maintained at all times.
