Job Description

Role Purpose:Responsible for implementation and controls of Quality Management System that is compliant with ISO 9001:2015; and the HSE Management System that is compliant with OHSAS 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015.Key Accountabilities:

  • Monitor the compliance/ implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
  • To follow up on the complaints received from customers and set proper corrections and corrective actions.
  • Updating and analyzing the results of the customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Controlling the QMS documents and managing and documenting any changes.
  • Assisting the QHSE Manager in launching the yearly internal audit, analyzing the audit results and closing the Observations and the NCRs.
  • Handling all the internal NCRs in-between the departments and setting proper correction and corrective actions before closure.
  • To respond to employees? environmental and safety concerns.
  • To conduct, as necessary, the environment, health and safety inspection of the facility;
  • To coordinate registration and removal of hazardous waste;
  • To receive reports from and respond to orders issued by Civil defence inspectors;[MM1]
  • To arrange for Quality management system evaluations of the company by external agencies/consultants as may be necessary.
  • To assist the QHSE Manager in performing the IMS internal and external audit.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System by reviewing and analyzing Internal Audits and corrective actions and implementing any new Corrective Actions.
  • Monitor /recording the received customer satisfaction surveys and preparing the related customer satisfaction and reporting for the current status of the customer satisfaction index and Net promoter Score.
  • Analyzing the results of the received customer satisfaction surveys and preparing for the suitable corrective actions with related departments
