If you are a strategic thinker, a collaborative problem-solver, and have a proven track record of successful product management in a startup environment, we want to hear from you!As a Senior Product Manager at Manzilik, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our product strategy. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to drive the development and enhancement of our interior design platform. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a compelling product vision, ensuring alignment with the companys overall goals and objectives.
  • Roadmap Planning: Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business impact.
  • User-Centric Design: Advocate for a user-centric approach, leveraging user research and feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Agile Development: Drive the Agile development process, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other activities to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and insights to make informed decisions, track product performance, and iterate on features for continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
