Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:The job holder is responsible to develop and deliver training programs related to product, sales, service parts and CRM topics within the automotive industry which can improve the performance of the employees by developing their skills, knowledge, and attitudes.Description:

  • ˙ ˙ ˙Manage Sales, Service, Parts, CRM, and Product training.
  • ˙ ˙ ˙Adapt existing and develop new training materials, according to manufacturer requirements, company standards and training schedule.
  • ˙ ˙ ˙Deliver the trainings programs in all formats (Face to Face / Online / Virtual).
  • ˙ ˙ ˙Revise training content based on training results and market conditions.
  • ˙ ˙ ˙Collect and analyze training feedback.
  • ˙ ˙ ˙Adapt and develop certification programs for non-technical employees.
  • ˙ ˙ ˙Adapt, develop, and administrate e-learning modules in LMS (Learning Management System).
  • ˙ ˙ ˙Participate in training planning (Annually, Quarterly, and Monthly)
  • ˙ ˙ ˙Maintain qualifications in accordance with the manufacturer and Company requirements.
  • ˙ ˙ ˙In case of need, fulfill individually set and fixed goals /tasks within the framework of this job description.
  • ˙ ˙ ˙Perform other tasks necessary to achieve operational and strategic goals at the direction of immediate supervisor/manager.
  • ˙ ˙ ˙Perform official duties in a high-quality and timely manner, as identified in this job description.
  • ˙ ˙ ˙Carry out instructions and tasks requested by the Academys managers in a high-quality and timely manner.
  • ˙ ˙ ˙If necessary, go on business trips, including foreign ones.
  • ˙ ˙ ˙Inform the immediate superior about all problems preventing goals and objectives achievement and take measures to resolve them.
  • ˙ ˙ ˙Follow internal rules and policies of the company.
COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
  • Internal:
  • Building relations with all managers among all the automotive brands in the organization, to build relationships with our internal stakeholders and to uncover training needs and propose solutions.
  • ˙ Communicate with the Non-Technical Training Manager, Training Operations Manager, and Excellence Programs Manager to ensure developing and delivering high quality training programs.
  • ˙ ˙ ˙ ˙Be involved with internal initiatives or new projects to explore training needs for any new initiative.
