Leads assigned projects to implement network components that support IT services for end-users.
Gather network requirements, design, implement and configure network components.
Ensure that network implementation meet architecture standards and guidelines.
Provide feedback on Network Architecture decisions.
Execute day-by-day activities necessary to maintain network availability.
Register, prioritize and resolve network incidents.
Escalate incidents to Infrastructure Manager in case are not able to resolve it.
Collaborate with other IT Operation teams to resolve complex problem that affects IT services.
Communicate all pertinent information in a timely manner to the Infrastructure Manager.
Performs the duties necessary to support and achieve accreditation and assures that facility is in compliance with all government, local laws, and accreditation standards.
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, trainings and courses.
Adheres to SFHP-D hospital wide and departmental policies and procedures.
Perform other duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities.
