Job Description

JOB CONTENT Developing system, Implementing, and certifying facility for BRCGS Packaging, ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001 and other customer required standards. Drive Quality Planning, Quality Control, Quality Improvement and Quality Assurance aspects of product safety and product quality requirement. Set Quality standards that complies with applicable standards and assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with Regional QAQC Manager to draft quality assurance policies and procedures and other standards.
  • In conjunction with Regional QAQC Manager, direct and coordinate the company?s quality program, interpret and implement quality assurance standards including the implementation of relevant ISO / BRCGS Packaging systems and procedures.
  • Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards.
  • Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.?Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
  • Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
  • Approving and monitoring Suppliers
  • Partners with QAQC Manager in preparing quality assurance budget, scheduling expenditures and analyzing variances.
  • Partners with HSE Manager in documenting and supporting implementation of HSE system
  • Work with Logistics to integrate quality standards as part of the Service Level Agreement for core suppliers and, where appropriate, assess supplier return products with failure analysis.?Issue and manage supplier Corrective Action Reports.
  • Work with production management and Quality team to provide feedback on quality related issues; investigate customer complaints and deficiency reports, complaints regarding product performance, specifications, and reliability and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action.
  • To aid QAQC Manager in all aspects of QA activities related to internal audits as well as external audits and reviews.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
  • In conjunction with the QAQC Manager, design and implement quality training programs for all facility personnel in quality awareness and ensure strict adherence to quality standards.
  • Keep abreast of latest developments in the field of quality assurance and update quality specification and standard to gain a competitive edge.

  • Manage the effective achievement of team objectives through setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing & training staff and providing formal and informal feedback in order to maximize overall performance and team motivation?
