Senior Architect Design Engineer Job requirements * Bachelors degree in Architectural Engineering* must have ?8-year experience in the field of design in engineering offices, preferably experienced Saudi Building Code & Market.* Experienced in design and concept design in commercial projects (Offices, Malls, commercial squares, gas stations, schools .. etc), also residential ( houses, multi-story buildings & apartment building ). * Experience in 3d modeling and work through all design stages concept, facades and renders. * Willingness and spirit of innovation and uniqueness with modern and unique designs that keep pace with modern construction. * Fluent in executing architectural plan.* Excellent in Revit architecture and know about BIM modeling (LOD 300 - LOD 350 - LOD 400) .* ?Familiar with the requirements and issuance of licenses and permits. * ?The ability to time manages the architectural tasks, distribute and master conceptual designs.* ? ?Fluent in using architectural drawing programs such as Revit, AutoCAD, Enscape & 3D Max. * Fluent in both languages Arabic & English reading, speaking and writing.
