Responsible for Mechanical, Electrical Aspects of Pumps and motors related projects to include technical proposals, commercial offer, costing sheet, compliance sheets and submittals preparation and review.
Prepare hydraulic calculation, drawing system curve and pump & motor sizing.
Prepare Sales Proposals & Technical submittals, Review Consultants comments and prepare Technical Compliance Sheets & Reply to Consultant comments.
Provide back end technical support for internal or external sales.
To raise RFQ with our factories, motor supplier and sub-vendors based on the client technical specification, negotiating for the best prices and delivery time for each project.
Prepare the internal price list for the products.
Managed post-order activities; Sales Order, Purchase orders confirmation & Performa Invoicing and payment follow-up with internal & external sales.
Assist (with project doc) service engineer to perform pump assembly and alignment in the Workshop.
To perform other duties as assigned under contractual, functional and mission requirements.
