SAP Project Manager

Job Description

SAP Project Manager will be a core member of the I&E Leadership team responsible for the Managing the Implementation Project and ongoing management and adoption of the SAP S/4 HANA Cloud system. Working closely with all internal stakeholders, the Implementation Partner and SAP to ensure effective implementation and adoption of following modules: S/4 HANA Modules:Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Customer Management, Project System, Production Planning. Quality Management, and Plant Maintenance.Implementation Tasks

• Support and contribute to solution design of all in-scope SAP S/4 HANA modules including Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Customer Management, Project System, Production Planning. Quality Management, and Plant Maintenance.
• Work closely with Kanoo I&E teams to understand the current processes, map to standard SAP processes, and manage the change required.
• Work closely with the SAP Technical Implementation Specialist and support all technical implementation tasks as required including designing solutions for any identified gaps
• Working with the Implementation Partner, develop the functional requirements and specification documents
• Lead the data gathering, cleansing, mapping and population of the data migration templates
• Support the development and implementation of program objects
• Perform unit testing as required and support integration testing
• Review all project change requests. Explore all opportunities to minimise any changes to standard functionality
• Develop the user acceptance test scripts and support user acceptance testing
• Work closely with the Implementation Partner to develop fit for purpose training material and support the delivery of training to end users
• Support the change management requirements and act as a champion and super user to ensure I&E staff are trained and supported to be able to perform their roles in the new system and provide hands on post go-live end user support and trouble shooting
• Act as the main focal point for the Implementation Partner, Project Team, SME?s and IT department
• Ensure all cut-over task are completed as per plan
• Ensure all project documentation is adequately prepared and maintained and ensure all issues are documented, tracked and resolved
• Provide regular status reports to I&E Management and Project Steering Committee

• Serve as primary contact and Business Relationship manager between I&E and Kanoo IT for SAP
• Act as the main functional expert providing ongoing (VIP) support to the I&E teams
• Provide ongoing training of the wider finance and operations teams
• Ensure I&E applications and products are managed in line with the Group Product Management Framework
• Work with product vendors and support vendors to provide technical management and ensure SLA?s are met
• Propose and manage projects to enhance I&E Technology function
• Define and manage project and enhancements budgets
• Track product roadmaps, ensuring business is leveraging all relevant capabilities
• Manage product strategy / capability set for I&E Technology solutions/products
• Act as the focal point for I&E on all issues or tickets, coordinating with the support contract partner and SAP to ensure timely resolution
• Lead initiatives to further develop the use of SAP capabilities
