Service/ sales coordinatorRole requirement:�

Ability to make a work plan for the rotten maintenance, corrective maintenance, repairing and replacement.
Ability to write & record all required service /sales reports, expenses, and correspondence in an accurate and timely manner.
Awareness of HVAC equipment including air handlers, chillers and heating systems.
Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog that will support the sales plan.
Coordinates work between HVAC crew and other departments, project managers, clients and outside contractors.
Develops and maintains preventative and corrective maintenance programs.�
Writes and receives work orders; plans, supervises, and monitors work of HVAC technicians.
Communicating with the customers and clients.
Ability to learn and improve himself.
Reading electrical and mechanical wiring diagrams.
Awareness of the safety rules and standers.
