Job Description

Summarize the job roles: To achieve the specific sales target in his area, to maintain good relations, and follow up on the requests of customers.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Adhering to the approved sales plan and the daily, weekly, and monthly visits program, which will be determined by its direct boss as well as daily contacts with customers.
  • Visit established existing customers and prospective at periodic intervals, obtain purchase orders, collect them, and submit them to the direct manager.
  • Follow up the implementation of purchase orders from customers at the specified times in cooperation with the operators in accordance with the required specifications.
  • Make serious attempts to reach new customers and introduce them to the company. And follow up with them to obtain sales contracts.
  • Raise views and wishes and requests of the service the client needs from the company to his direct manager.
  • Daily coordination with direct supervision of the progress of work and raise the daily reports.
  • Collect the value of sales from customers, supply them to the companys treasury, and follow up customer balances according to the approved credit policy.
  • Preparing the necessary reports on the progress of work and submitting them to the direct manager.
  • Carry out all the tasks assigned to him by the direct manager.
