Objectives: Our client, a construction company supplying building requirements with high quality construction chemicals, is looking for a Research and Development Manager to join their team in Dammam. ?The main objective of this job is to lead key projects with R&D to support business goals.Responsibilities:-Lead key projects with R&D to support business goals. -Understand customer expectations. -Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors, and customers. -Manage the DIM (Product development Introduction and Maintenance) meeting. -Manage the process of testing of Fire proofing product by third party. -Support Director to hire and develop R&D personnel. -Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Marketing and Operations. -Transfer new technologies, products and manufacturing process into and out of company. -Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes and equipment. -Document all phases of research and development. -Manage customer relationships and perform, Customer Visits and Product Testing. -Investigate new technologies. -Creative & Innovative ideas to overcome the competition.?
