Job Description

The jobholder is responsible for managing operating and controlling the regional sales activities in order to maximize and promote sales to achieve the planned targets and objectives .Also, he is responsible for evaluating and improving the performance of the regional sales team.?Sets targets and goals for the regional sales and ensure that they are achieved.

  • Assists in developing and recommending sales promotional activates and discount rates.?
  • Obtains and maintains a thorough knowledge of trade sales and distribution channels throughout the region by conducting market visits.??
  • Monitors and reports on competitors activities such as lunching of new products, withdrawal of products, their promotional activities, pricing and /or any matters likely to influence the companys products sales.??
  • Sets sales forecasts, expenses budget and control procedures.?
  • Confers, coordinates or consults with departments heads to plan advertising services and customer required specifications.?
  • Reviews the performance and recommends corrective actions to control cost standards and improves the performance of the regional sales.
  • Plans and recommends alternative method for improving sales profitability and forecasts and estimates market values of S3C products.
  • Advises on sales policies and procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of the sales activities.
  • Recommends training programs to maximize the efficiency of the sales team.
  • Ensures the availability and readiness of manpower resources to meet regional sales objectives and maintains optimal manpower utilization.
  • Supervise and controls customers orders and pricing process.
  • Establishes and maintains good interpersonal relationship with suppliers and customers and resolves their complaints regarding sales and services.?
  • Signs of business operations in according with the signature mandate depending on his responsibility.
  • Finalizes, negotiates and closes deals with the customers and suppliers.
  • Prepares periodical report on regional sales activities and delivers it to his the Area Manager.
  • Organizes companys marketing events and attends all suppliers meeting and conference to represent S3C company.?
  • Identifies and presents companys products to the customers and looks for new market and prospective customers .
Supervisory Responsibilities:The jobholder exercises supervisory responsibility over the sales region which includes diverse professional and support staff, such as:
  • Sr. Sales Engineer.
  • Sales Engineer.
