Black & Grey HR is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Sales Manager (Lighting) for our client, a fast growing company in eco-friendly and energy-saving lighting solutions. This role is pivotal for our clients expansion, coinciding with the launch of a new manufacturing line in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for candidates with a solid background in lighting solutions, ready to drive growth across the KSA market.Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to introduce the companys lighting solutions to clients, contractors, and end users across Saudi Arabia.- Identify and secure lighting project opportunities, focusing on project sales.- Perform market research, analyze competitor offerings, and stay updated with industry trends.- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and clients to ascertain lighting requirements and recommend suitable solutions.- Prepare project quotations and proposals, and negotiate with customers to secure orders.- Work closely with internal teams to ensure order processing and delivery meets customer expectations.- Provide insights on competitor products and contribute to vendor registration processes.- Ensure smooth execution of projects by coordinating with the project management team.Requirements- Engineering Graduate or Diploma holder with a minimum of 5 years experience in the Saudi market.- Proven track record in project sales within the lighting industry.- Extensive knowledge of lighting products and technologies.- Established relationships with key suppliers, contractors, consultants, and designers in the industry.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Valid Driving License.
