Job Description

We are seeking exceptional talent for the position of "Sales Manager" in the retail and apparel sector. The role involves strategic sales planning and direction, leading the sales team (showrooms and distribution channels), with the goal of increasing market share, achieving sales targets, and efficiently managing inventory in line with market trends.SkillsDevelop and implement annual and seasonal sales plans (holidays, promotions).Monitor stock turnover and coordinate to ensure the availability of required models and sizes while preventing stockouts.Direct supervision of various sales channels (Retail/Wholesale) and monitoring the performance of showroom and branch supervisors.Analyze daily and weekly sales data, identifying best-selling products to generate regular reports for management.Monitor market trends in the Saudi market and competitor activities regarding pricing and promotions.Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team while developing their sales and customer service skills.Industry experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in apparel retail, including 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.Inventory and season management: Deep understanding of the product life cycle in the apparel sector and how to manage seasonal inventory effectively.Leadership skills: Strong ability to lead, guide, and motivate sales teams across multiple branches.Technical skills: Proficiency in using POS systems and ERP software specific to retail and inventory management, and preparing advanced Excel reports.Flexibility: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sales seasons effectively.
