Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive for Hydraulic and Process Filtration to join Filtrec Middle East FZC Team. The Ideal candidate would be responsible for meeting & exceeding the sales & KRA target laid down by the company.Salary & Benefits as per industry standard.Responsibilities :

  • Developing the sales strategy for the KSA Region.
  • Meeting and exceeding the Sales and KRA target as laid down by the company for assigned territory and accounts.
  • Own and lead all the demand generation / sales growth / brand awareness and development activities under the assigned GCC regions.
  • Identify and develop distribution channels for designated products and markets, as required.
  • Generating market and customer insights for cross functional teams for continuous improvement in product positioning and service offerings to drive customer engagement and business growth.
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders of OEM, OES ,replacement channels and Filtrec colleagues to enhance the sales and implement company strategy in the assigned regions.
  • Developing business for OIL & GAS Sector, by getting associated & developing reliable agent within the assigned territory.
  • Maintaining adequate activity planning and reporting supported as per company requirement.
  • Need to spend adequate time within the assigned territory as required by company to penetrate the market.
  • Complete end to end involvement with supplier/ client for project bidding.
  • Maintain full information of competitors, opportunities, tasks, visits & provide updates during sales meeting.
  • Prepares technical and commercial proposals within the given time frame, negotiates contracts and service agreements.
  • Inspire and foster a high-performing sales culture and be a team Player.
