Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, finding and following-up with prospective clients, prepare proposals and providing technical support to clients. The Sales Engineer will work closely with the execution team to ensure project completion and schedulingDuties & Responsibilities:

  • Generating leads and prospecting new clients
  • Managing daily sales activities for the designated customer.
  • Conducting technical product demonstrations and presentations to clients
  • Providing technical support to clients throughout the sales process
  • Creating and sending quotation with coordination with sales manager.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Attending industry events and conferences to promote our products and services and source new one.
  • Providing input into the development of marketing strategies and materials
  • Providing daily, weekly and monthly reports to sales manager and management.
  • Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions.
  • Managing the project team and projects requirements and completion.
  • Travel to conduct customers visit and follow up as needed.
