1.Receive all RFQ from branches for none stock items . ( for stock items the branch sales coordinator will use the Price list)2.Strategic Sourcing with the manufacturers3.Prepare the landing costing analysis and get approval from DM4.Prepare the final offer and submit to the branch only5.Vendor Registration with all the customers according to Sales team / DM advice.6.Check customer Portals for relative tenders and share it with the Sales team.7.Prepare reports, as per the requirement and advice from DMAny other office tasks assigned to him from the DM
